The monthly meeting of the Enid Writers Club will be held on Thursday, October 5, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. in room 124 at NWOSU, East Randolph and 30^th Street. We are 101 years old this year, the oldest writing club in Oklahoma, and we meet the first Thursday of each month, September through May. The Enid Writers Club is open to all who aspire to improve their writing and join with like minds. All skill levels and age groups are welcome. This month’s program will be Johnetta Rhodes & Vickey Kennedy, representatives of the Oklahoma Writers’ Federation, Inc., our state-wide writing club. The Roll Call topic is to write a piece no longer than 150 words on The World From a Cat’s Point of View. Our annual dues are $20. If you are not a member and want to see what we do, please visit us.
