Submission Guidelines:

• Submit one entry only per category.
• Entry may not have won a prize in a previous year.
• Entry must be typed, double-spaced (except poetry) on standard 8-1/2” x 11” paper.
• Do not put your name on the entry itself.
• In the upper right-hand corner on first page of each entry, type the category number and word/line count
• For entries other than poetry, center title and begin body of entry half-way down the first page, leaving space at the top for judges’ comments.
• The one contest entry fee of $10 covers all entries.
• On entry form (attached) list all entries with category number, title of entry and your name.
• Attach this form with paper clip to all entries. 
• Submit entries in one 9”x12” manila envelope. Place your name on the outside of this envelope. 
• Submit all entries, including fee, at or before EWC’s March meeting.
